Dubai-listed conglomerate Dubai Investments has announced plans to float a 20 percent stake in its Dubai Investments Park business, DIP Holding, on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), according to Gulf Business. The proposed listing marks the UAE's first initial public offering of 2026.

The company stated it will offer approximately 1.74 billion existing shares, with public subscriptions opening on October 27 and trading expected to commence around November 11. Dubai Investments will receive the proceeds of the share sale to fund business expansion and general corporate purposes, while the offer price has not yet been disclosed.

Financially, DIP Holding recorded Dhs492 million in revenue during the first half of 2026, alongside an adjusted EBITDA of Dhs355 million, representing a margin of 72 percent. Subject to approvals, the company forecasts annualised dividends of Dhs700 million for 2026, Dhs725 million for 2027, and Dhs750 million for 2028, with its first post-IPO dividend payment of Dhs350 million anticipated in April 2027.

Khalid bin Kalban, vice chairman and chief executive of Dubai Investments and chairman of DIP Holding, stated that the offering reflects the maturity, scale, and quality of the business amid sustained investor confidence in the UAE capital markets.

Citing data from EY, the report noted that three companies listed publicly in the UAE in 2025, compared with seven in 2024.
