Chinese-affiliated automaker Rox launched commercial vehicle assembly operations at Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) on September 25, 2026, according to a report by MEED.
The automaker marked the milestone by rolling out its first three Rox Adamas models, which carry the official 'Made in the Emirates' quality mark.
Assembly is currently conducted at a 10,000-square-metre manufacturing facility. The company has set an initial production target of 20,000 vehicles per year by 2027.
Rox plans to scale up its production capacity to 300,000 vehicles per year by 2030 to supply the broader Middle Eastern and export markets.
