Chinese Business Membership in Dubai DMCC Surpasses 1,000 Companies

Chinese business membership in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre expanded by 9.4% over the past 12 months, exceeding 1,000 companies. Over 60% of these firms operate in advanced sectors, while UAE-China non-oil trade reached $111.5 billion in 2025.

Chinese enterprises are increasingly utilizing Dubai as an international hub to scale operations across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, according to a report by Analytics Insight.

The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) reported that its Chinese business membership expanded by 9.4% over the past 12 months, surpassing 1,000 companies. More than 60% of Chinese firms within DMCC operate in advanced sectors, including energy, engineering, machinery, technology, and telecommunications.

Bilateral non-oil trade between the United Arab Emirates and China climbed 24.5% year-on-year to reach $111.5 billion in 2025. Additionally, recent promotional roadshows led by DMCC engaged more than 700 Chinese executives across Shanghai, Wuxi, and Xi'an.
