Al Ansari Financial Services Targets 1,200 UAE National Employees by Late 2026

Dubai-listed Al Ansari Financial Services aims to employ 1,200 UAE Nationals by the end of 2026, according to a report by Gulf News. As of September 2026, the company employed 1,041 Emiratis, making up around 24 percent of its UAE workforce. The group continues expanding recruitment in partnership with government programs including NAFIS and Dawamee.

Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC has set a target to employ 1,200 UAE Nationals across its operations by the end of 2026, Gulf News reported. As of the end of September 2026, the group employed 1,041 Emirati citizens, representing approximately 24 percent of its overall workforce in the United Arab Emirates.

The company's Emiratisation progress was marked by winning Gold for Excellence in Recruitment of Local Candidates and Silver for Excellence in Performance Management Systems at The Economic Times Human Capital Awards MENA 2026. Group Chief Executive Officer Rashed A. Al Ansari stated that the company focuses on long-term career building through training, mentorship, and leadership progression to retain local talent.

Group Chief Human Resources Officer Georgette Yousef noted that the organization will continue investing in skills development, highlighting an upcoming celebration for 56 Emirati graduates of its Mehnati Programme, which launched in January 2026.

According to the report, the group recruits local staff through the federal NAFIS initiative and the Emirates Foundation's Dawamee programme. It also collaborates with the Higher Colleges of Technology, Tamkeen in Abu Dhabi, and public HR departments across Dubai, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
