The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) announced the establishment of Abu Dhabi Digital Services Company TAMM Global, according to Gulf News. The decision follows directives issued by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

Under its founding framework, TAMM Global is mandated to develop, manage, and deliver an integrated ecosystem of digital government services. The company holds ownership of the intellectual property rights associated with TAMM and will operate specialised digital platforms, while also investing in digital service sector opportunities both within the UAE and internationally.

TAMM Global will additionally conduct research and development studies on digital government infrastructure, launch training programmes for Emirati talent, and establish strategic international partnerships. DGE Chairman Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab stated that the new commercial entity builds on the platform's local success by offering tested digital capabilities to overseas administrations.

The domestic TAMM platform currently integrates more than 1,200 public and private sector services into a single digital interface. The system serves an estimated 4.7 million users, providing digital processing for commercial licensing, document renewals, vehicle registrations, and municipal transactions.
