Nissan has confirmed that the all-new Navara Pro pickup will arrive in the UAE and the wider Middle East by the end of 2026, according to a report by Drive Arabia. The pickup, also known as the Frontier Pro in selected international markets, marks a new direction for the automaker's global truck portfolio.
The vehicle is the first Nissan model developed and manufactured in China specifically for global export, combining Japanese engineering with Chinese manufacturing and development capabilities. The regional launch forms part of a worldwide rollout starting in Mexico in October 2026 and the Philippines in November 2026, ahead of other Latin American markets later in the year and right-hand-drive markets in 2027.
For Middle Eastern buyers, Nissan has confirmed two internal combustion powertrain options, both delivering 400 Nm of torque. The petrol variant features a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 244 hp paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
A 2.3-litre turbocharged diesel engine producing 141 hp and 400 Nm of torque will also be offered in the region, paired with either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic transmission.
