Dubai-based corporate services consultancy Avyanco has launched a UAE company setup package priced at a fixed fee of AED 10,499. According to the firm, the package is designed to handle the setup process under a single point of contact and is accessible both to UAE residents and to foreign entrepreneurs applying from abroad.
The AED 10,499 package encompasses company formation elements, including trade name reservation, trade licence issuance, and the Memorandum of Association. It also provides a registered flexi-desk office address, residency processing featuring an establishment card, investor visa, biometrics appointment, and Emirates ID.
Additional services included under the package are assistance with corporate bank account opening, corporate tax registration, ongoing corporate tax guidance, and a dedicated relationship manager with appointment transport support. Avyanco stated that any costs falling outside the package are provided in writing prior to payment.
Avyanco Founder and CEO Jashvantkumar Prajapati noted that the all-in-one fee aims to counter common industry practices where initial low quotes escalate due to unforeseen add-on charges. The consultancy reported having supported over 11,500 businesses since 2020, tailoring this package specifically to e-commerce, trading, professional consulting, sales businesses, and offshore firm owners establishing a physical UAE presence.
