The visiting Dubai delegation encompasses key public entities and commercial enterprises, including Dubai Chambers, the Dubai Economic Development Corporation, DP World, the Dubai Land Department, Dubai Airport Freezone, Emirates Airline, noon, Spinneys, and prominent investment institutions. Participants predominantly consist of founders, chairpersons, chief executives, and senior corporate decision-makers.

Dubai Chambers President and CEO Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah is scheduled to introduce a two-year AI transformation strategy focused on agentic AI to enhance private-sector productivity. Dubai Chambers and participating delegation entities are also slated to sign memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with Chinese counterparts during the event.
The forum takes place amid expanding bilateral trade ties. China retained its position as the UAE's largest non-oil trading partner, with bilateral non-oil trade totaling AED 180.7 billion over the same period.
