ADIPEC 2026 to Host Record 353 Asian Companies Including Major Chinese Firms

ADIPEC 2026 in Abu Dhabi will host a record 353 Asian companies and six national pavilions, including China. Chinese participants include Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, and battery manufacturer CATL, alongside ZhenHua Oil Chairman Wang Yuetao as a confirmed speaker.

ADIPEC 2026 in Abu Dhabi is set to host a record 353 companies from Asia and six national pavilions, including China, representing the region's largest presence in the event's history, according to organizers. The exhibition and conference, hosted by ADNOC, will run from November 2 to 5 across 16 halls.

In total, the event will convene more than 2,250 international companies. Prominent Chinese energy and technology corporations confirmed to participate include Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, and battery manufacturer CATL.

Confirmed speakers from China's industry include ZhenHua Oil Chairman Wang Yuetao, joining a lineup of more than 1,800 global delegates. Organizers noted that the expanded participation reflects growing energy, industrial technology, and investment corridors between the UAE and Chinese market leaders.

JINGDONG Property Partners With KEZAD Group for 150,000-Square-Metre Abu Dhabi Logistics Facility

JINGDONG Property, the infrastructure arm of China's JD.com, has signed an agreement with KEZAD Group to establish an advanced logistics hub in Abu Dhabi. The project covers approximately 150,000 square metres in KEZAD Area A (Al Ma'mourah) and is scheduled for delivery in 2028. Once operational, the smart facility is projected to generate roughly 1,000 direct jobs across logistics, distribution, and administration.

China Outbound Direct Investment in UAE Reaches $2.6 Billion, MOFCOM Data Shows

China's annual outbound direct investment reached $213.58 billion, up 11.1 percent year-on-year, according to Ministry of Commerce data. The UAE served as the top regional recipient in the Middle East, attracting $2.6 billion in net direct investment. Total Chinese direct investment stock in the UAE expanded to $12.47 billion, led by logistics, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure.
