The XI International Industrial and Energy Forum TNF was held at the Tyumen Technopark from September 14 to 17, 2026, under the theme 'Oil and Gas Industry of the Future: Energy of Leadership.' The source noted that the forum expanded its international representation to countries including China, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Iran, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Algeria, and Türkiye, yielding more than 50 cooperation agreements, over 200 technology launches, and more than 200 commercial meetings.
In the Middle East context, the report stated that the UAE presented an entry route through ADNOC's supplier-qualification process. Russian authorities reported positive technical conclusions for 60 INTI standards, with eight Russian manufacturers pre-qualified and seven undergoing qualification.
