UAE Financial and Business Hubs Announce Major China-Focused Forums for 2026

Abu Dhabi Global Market announced that Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026 will feature dedicated bilateral dialogues targeting UAE-China institutional investment. Meanwhile, Dubai Chambers will convene the Dubai Business Forum – China in Shenzhen on October 14, 2026, featuring Chinese technology leaders.

Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has announced the program for Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW) 2026 under the theme 'The Capital Community, Powered by Partnerships.' The conference has expanded its international agenda to 75 sessions across eight stages, introducing specialized international forums and bilateral dialogues focused specifically on China to facilitate cross-border capital flows and institutional investment partnerships.

Confirmed partners and participating institutions for ADFW 2026 include the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), UBS, Standard Chartered, and Hanwha Finance. Additional event disclosures state that ADFW is scheduled for December 7 to 10, 2026, with over 300 global leaders overseeing more than USD 61 trillion in assets confirmed to participate across dedicated country forums covering China, South Korea, the EU, and the US.

Separately, Dubai Chambers is organizing the Dubai Business Forum – China, scheduled for October 14, 2026, in Shenzhen under the theme 'Momentum at Scale: Accelerating Shared Success.' The event aims to explore international expansion opportunities via Dubai for Chinese multinational corporations.

The speaker lineup in Shenzhen includes executives from major Chinese firms such as BYD, Baidu, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, and ARIDGE. Alan Qi, President of Huawei Cloud Middle East and Central Asia Region, stated that the company works to bridge Chinese and UAE commercial ecosystems while deploying artificial intelligence for industrial transformation. Rachel Xie, General Manager of Tencent Cloud MENA, noted that Dubai serves as a crucial regional hub for developing cloud computing and digital infrastructure.
