The UAE Ministry of Finance convened its Customer Council in Dubai under Phase Three of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme to accelerate operational efficiency, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

Fatima Yousif Al Naqbi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector, led the session alongside strategic partners to focus on simplifying federal financial procedures.

Under this phase, the ministry is exploring the integration of Agentic AI to transition financial services into autonomous processes and eliminate redundant compliance steps.

The council also reviewed administrative enhancements achieved across 2024 and 2025 while setting governance benchmarks for upcoming automated corporate financial and tax procedures.
