The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has issued an official notice reminding taxable corporate entities of their upcoming filing commitments, Arabian Business reported.

Businesses registered for excise tax across the UAE must submit their October tax returns and settle all outstanding liabilities by November 16, 2026.

Regulators emphasized that timely submission is critical to avoiding statutory administrative penalties linked to late declarations and default payments.

Taxable entities are required to complete both their filing declarations and payment transfers online through the official EmaraTax digital platform.
