Asian Legal Business (ALB) named Essa Ziad Galadari, Managing Partner – Abu Dhabi and Deputy Head of Litigation, Dubai at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, to its ALB Super 50 MENA 2026 list for his commercial approach to complex UAE disputes.

In the interview, Galadari advised corporate clients and financial institutions facing complex disputes in the UAE to begin by assessing their legal position, commercial objectives, potential exposure, and available remedies. He noted that businesses must weigh costs, timing, risks, and likely outcomes before selecting between negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation, ensuring legal strategy aligns with business goals.

Galadari also highlighted how law firms can modernize institutional capabilities for cross-border business by integrating legal technology and artificial intelligence. According to Galadari, AI can automate routine tasks, analyze high volumes of documents, identify risks such as supply chain disruptions or regulatory shifts, and reduce operational overhead to accelerate dispute resolution.
