DIP Holding, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has announced a price range of Dhs1.10 to Dhs1.15 per share for its initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market, Gulf Business reported. The pricing implies a market capitalisation between Dhs9.5bn and Dhs10bn at listing.

The offering consists of 1,735,243,300 existing ordinary shares, which represent 20 percent of DIP Holding's issued share capital. Dubai Investments, the selling shareholder, will receive the proceeds from the approximately Dhs1.9bn to Dhs2bn offering and retain an 80 percent stake following completion, assuming the offering size remains unchanged.

The subscription period opened on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, and is scheduled to close on November 3 for all four tranches. The final offer price will be determined via a book-building process and announced on November 4, with trading on the Dubai Financial Market expected to commence on or around November 11, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.

According to its dividend policy, DIP Holding expects to distribute annualised cash dividends of Dhs700m for 2026, Dhs725m for 2027, and Dhs750m for 2028. Based on the 2027 forecast, the pricing implies a dividend yield of approximately 7.27 percent at the top end and 7.60 percent at the low end. An initial post-IPO payout of Dhs350m covering the second half of 2026 is scheduled for April 2027.
