Parkin Company PJSC, Dubai's largest provider of paid public parking facilities and services, has renewed its Parking Management Framework Agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) for an additional 10 years. The renewed agreement extends an existing partnership between the public parking operator and the free zone authority that manages the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) district.

Under the terms of the agreement, Parkin assumes exclusive responsibility for operating and managing approximately 2,800 paid parking spaces across JLT, including 250 designated motorcycle parking bays. Parkin will oversee daily parking operations and manage fee collections through its integrated platform across both digital and physical channels.

The agreement also incorporates plans for Parkin to install solar power infrastructure across the parking network, aligning parking operations with both organisations' sustainability objectives. Financial terms of the renewed 10-year contract were not disclosed in the official announcement.

Parkin Chief Executive Officer Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali stated that the renewal reflects DMCC's continued trust and confidence in Parkin's operational expertise and track record in parking management. DMCC Chief Property Officer Paul Ashton noted that the extended agreement serves to enhance the daily experience and mobility of residents, businesses, and visitors across the JLT community.
