The Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation (SIEF) launched the 2026 China-Arab Business & Investment Report and announced a strategic partnership with the World Bank during the Investopia Bridge 2026 forum at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Abu Dhabi, according to a press statement released via EIN Presswire. The launch took place during the forum's plenary session in the presence of UAE Minister of Investment Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi and UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri.
Developed jointly by SIEF and Investopia with support from HSC Asset Management, the report examines economic collaboration among China, the UAE, and the wider Arab world. It segments cooperation into two tracks: the 'Now Economy'—covering logistics and aviation, energy and petrochemicals, real estate and construction, machinery and equipment, and culture and tourism—and the 'New Economy'—focusing on renewables and energy storage, digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence, trade finance and settlement, and mobility and electric vehicles.
Earlier during the event, SIEF hosted a closed-door CEO roundtable titled 'From Trade to Partnership: Unlocking the Next Chapter of China-Arab Investment'. Participants included C-level executives and representatives from institutions such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Klickl, Phoenix Media, Huawei, CICC, Keeta, AIC Global, XtalPi, Abu Dhabi Investment Group, and WeCarbon.
Additionally, SIEF and the World Bank entered into a Strategic Partnership in Understanding Risk to support global climate and disaster resilience across the Middle East, Africa, and other regions. Under the agreement, the organizations plan to coordinate stakeholder engagement, facilitate strategic initiatives, and support knowledge exchange, designating Understanding Risk Abu Dhabi 2027 as a central program milestone.
