Active Chinese company membership in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce reached 6,650 by the end of September 2026, reflecting an increase of more than 200 percent since 2016, according to Arabian Business.
Data from the China Economic Outlook report, presented at the Dubai Business Forum – China in Shenzhen, showed registered Chinese firms grew from 2,000 in 2015 to 6,362 at year-end 2025, with an additional 288 companies joining during 2026.
Trading and services enterprises make up more than 3,830 of these members, representing approximately 58 percent of all Chinese companies registered with the chamber.
Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, stated that drawing Chinese manufacturers to set up production facilities in Dubai for both domestic and global distribution is a strategic priority. Officials added that Chinese enterprises are increasingly moving beyond initial market exploration toward establishing large-scale operations and regional headquarters.
