Mannesmann Energy is progressing a project with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to upgrade existing facilities and expand production capacity at its North East Bab Central Processing Plant (NEB CPP) assets across Al-Nouf, Rumaitha, and Shanayel. The company intends to sign a formal implementation agreement with ADNOC, according to statements made by Mannesmann Energy CEO Anas Aljuaidi to the Emirates News Agency (WAM) at ADIPEC 2026.

Alongside the ADNOC project, Mannesmann Energy plans to enter into two exclusive representation agreements with international oilfield equipment manufacturers. Under the proposed memoranda of understanding, the company will serve as the exclusive UAE agent for China-based high-pressure hose manufacturer JINGBO and global tubular goods supplier PETROTEX Group.

In its role as exclusive agent, Mannesmann Energy will handle commercial relationships, pursue contracts, and oversee the marketing and distribution of both companies' products within the UAE. The partnership with China's JINGBO is set to supply drilling well-control equipment, including blowout preventer (BOP) hoses as well as choke and kill hoses.

PETROTEX Group will supply oil country tubular goods (OCTG), including casing, production tubing, conductor pipes, proprietary premium connections, and offshore riser systems for both onshore and offshore operations.

Aljuaidi stated that the initiatives support ADNOC's operational resilience and long-term asset development while expanding Mannesmann Energy's international network, which currently exceeds 20 technology partnerships with global engineering firms.
