UAE Suspends All Iranian Airline Flights Following US Aviation Sanctions
The United Arab Emirates General Civil Aviation Authority has suspended all flights operated by Iranian airlines to and from the UAE effective September 24, 2026, until further notice. The measure follows sweeping US secondary sanctions prohibiting foreign airports from providing landing, refueling, or ticketing services to Iranian carriers. The suspension immediately halts direct air connections between Iranian cities and major UAE hubs, including Dubai.
