Israel Revokes Status of Dutch Diplomats and Issues Netherlands Travel Advisory
Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs ordered Dutch diplomats in Ramallah to surrender their credentials within seven days, ending their diplomatic privileges. The retaliation follows Dutch sanctions banning imports of goods originating from settlements in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights. Concurrently, Israel issued a travel advisory warning citizens that Dutch customs officials may subject arriving passengers to extensive luggage inspections.
