JINGDONG Property Partners With KEZAD Group for 150,000-Square-Metre Abu Dhabi Logistics Facility

JINGDONG Property, the infrastructure arm of China's JD.com, has signed an agreement with KEZAD Group to establish an advanced logistics hub in Abu Dhabi. The project covers approximately 150,000 square metres in KEZAD Area A (Al Ma'mourah) and is scheduled for delivery in 2028. Once operational, the smart facility is projected to generate roughly 1,000 direct jobs across logistics, distribution, and administration.

China Securities and JINGDONG Property Expand UAE Operations in Major Bilateral Push

Enterprise reported multiple key business milestones across the UAE, including China Securities opening a regional office in DIFC and JD.com subsidiary JINGDONG Property developing a 150,000-square-metre logistics hub at KEZAD. The briefing also covered an investment partnership between First Abu Dhabi Bank and Temasek-owned Seviora Holdings, as well as a $5 million Series A fundraise by UAE startup Amaani to expand its AÏZA brand into Saudi Arabia.

JD.com arm signs deal to build 150,000-square-metre logistics hub at Abu Dhabi’s Kezad

Jingdong Property, the infrastructure and asset-management arm of JD.com, has signed an agreement with Kezad Group to develop a 150,000-square-metre warehousing complex in Abu Dhabi. Scheduled for completion in 2028, the hub is expected to create approximately 1,000 direct jobs. The project will feature automated warehousing systems and digital operations technology.
