JINGDONG Property has signed an agreement with UAE-based Gargash Prime to establish a joint venture in Dubai. The partners will develop approximately 250,000 square metres of modern logistics facilities serving the Middle East. The deal was finalized at the Dubai Business Forum – China in Shenzhen and aligns with Dubai's Economic Agenda D33.
UAE-based Gargash Prime and JINGDONG Property, the infrastructure arm of JD.com, have signed a memorandum of understanding to invest in a joint venture developing a logistics facility in Dubai.
