UAE Expands Autonomous Transport Ecosystem with Baidu Apollo Go Centre Inauguration
The UAE is expanding its smart and autonomous mobility infrastructure across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Chinese technology firm Baidu has inaugurated an Apollo Go operations and control centre spanning 2,000 square metres in Dubai. Meanwhile, Dubai's robotaxi fleet has logged over 4 million kilometres, and Abu Dhabi is expanding testing hubs and commercial trial licensing.
