Hong Kong is narrowing the gap with Dubai in super-prime residential property transactions, according to a report by real estate consultancy Knight Frank.
Dubai maintained its position as the leading global market for luxury homes valued at $10 million or more. Meanwhile, Hong Kong experienced a swift rebound in high-value residential transactions, supported in part by buyers from mainland China and overseas.
Analysts highlighted shifting cross-border capital flows as family offices weigh wealth diversification strategies across the Gulf and Greater China markets. The performance figures reflect ongoing liquidity movements and market competition between Dubai and Asian financial centers in luxury real estate.
