Dubai Ruler Issues Decree Forming Investment Corporation of Dubai Board

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued a decree establishing the board of directors of the Investment Corporation of Dubai. Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was named Chairman, with First Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum serving as Vice Chairman. The decree took effect on its issuance date and will be published in the Official Gazette.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, issued a decree forming the board of directors of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), Gulf Daily News reported, citing state news agency WAM.

Under the decree, Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was appointed as Chairman of the Board. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, will serve as Vice Chairman.

The board members also include Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, and Helal Saeed Almarri.

The decree takes effect from the date of its issuance on September 29, 2026, and will be published in Dubai's Official Gazette.
