Dubai Human Resources Council and Majid Al Futtaim Partner on Emirati Employment

The Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai (EHRDC) formalised an agreement with retail conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim to enhance career pathways for UAE nationals, according to Emirates News Agency (WAM). The agreement was concluded during Ru'ya, Careers UAE 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The partnership focuses on organising targeted recruitment days, career counselling workshops, and specialised skills development to prepare citizens for employment within the private sector labour market.

EHRDC Deputy Chairman Abdulla Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi affirmed that cross-sector collaboration expands job opportunities in alignment with emerging market demands. Majid Al Futtaim CEO Ahmed Galal Ismail stated that hiring and training national talent forms a key business and national priority.
