His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended the graduation ceremony of the third cohort of the Dubai Family Business Management Programme, official media reported. The ceremony took place during the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum at the Dubai World Trade Centre, an annual event that convened approximately 1,000 government and private sector leaders.

Organised by the Dubai Centre for Family Businesses—an entity operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers—in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), the third cohort included 27 second-generation and second-tier leaders from family enterprises.

The programme is designed to prepare successor generations of family business executives, reinforce corporate governance structures, and support succession planning for business continuity across ownership and executive management. It also focuses on instilling international management best practices and building domestic and global commercial networks.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed noted that family enterprises remain a driving force behind Dubai's economic expansion and play a fundamental role in underpinning the emirate's long-term commercial prosperity.
