Deepening industrial partnerships between Chinese energy corporations and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) were highlighted at the XI International Industrial and Energy Forum, according to the UAE-China Chamber of Commerce.
During the event, ADNOC presented its supplier qualification frameworks covering 60 approved technical standards designed to streamline participation by foreign contractors.
Chinese and Gulf corporate entities signed commercial agreements covering upstream oilfield services, LNG maritime shipping, and decarbonization technologies. The agreements seek to integrate Chinese high-tech manufacturing and engineering capabilities into the UAE's energy transition infrastructure.
The engagement aligns with ADNOC's strategy to diversify its supply chain partners across major Asian economies.
