Sovereign platform L'imad Holding, guided by Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, is preparing to commit tens of billions of dollars toward maritime ports and logistics corridors situated outside the waterway. The construction program focuses primarily on the expansion of container and oil facilities within the emirate of Fujairah.

The strategic development coincides with plans to take AD Ports Group private at an estimated valuation of nearly $9 billion. The expanded terminal infrastructure is designed to maintain uninterrupted commercial freight and energy shipments to key Asian trade partners, particularly China.
