Abu Dhabi Outlines Eligibility Criteria for Five-Year Green Visa for Skilled Foreign Workers

Authorities in Abu Dhabi have reiterated the essential qualification requirements for skilled foreign workers applying for a five-year residency Green Visa, according to Legit.ng.

Under the established framework, applicants must hold a valid UAE employment contract and fall under skill levels one, two, or three as classified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).

Additionally, candidates are required to hold at least a bachelor's degree or an equivalent vocational qualification.

The Green Visa system allows eligible professionals and specialized talent to self-sponsor their residency in the UAE without the need for a local employer sponsor.
