Al Habtoor Group has installed the final glass facade panel at its premium Habtoor Towers development in Dubai, according to IndexBox citing TradeArabia. The UAE conglomerate stated that the project, once completed, is positioned to become the largest single residential building in the world.

Located in the center of Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, the residential development comprises 1,740 units. The project is being carried out in coordination with China Railway 18th Bureau Group Dubai.

Handover of the residential units will proceed in phases, beginning with more than 1,300 apartments scheduled for delivery during the summer. The company noted that the tower has set new construction benchmarks alongside strong safety records, following its official topping-out in April.

Within the integrated Al Habtoor City complex, residents will have direct access to three luxury hotels, the La Perle permanent aqua theatre, a dining and retail boulevard, and an on-site medical clinic.
