Abu Dhabi Sustainable Business Leadership Awards 2026 Honours Tenth Edition Winners

The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Group has announced the winners of the 10th annual Abu Dhabi Sustainable Business Leadership Awards across six core categories. The milestone ceremony also presented Dolphin Energy with the Decade of Leadership Award. Winners included the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, First Abu Dhabi Bank, ADNEC Group, and ABB Power Transmission and Distribution.

The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Group (ADSG), part of the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD), announced the winners of the 10th annual Abu Dhabi Sustainable Business Leadership Awards, Menafn reported. The awards ceremony celebrated its tenth anniversary by recognising organisations and individuals advancing sustainability and responsible business practices across sectors in the UAE and the broader region.

An independent panel of expert judges evaluated the submissions across six categories covering energy management, leadership, reporting, communication, management, and sustainability initiatives. To mark the milestone anniversary, ADSG awarded Dolphin Energy the Decade of Leadership Award in recognition of ten years of sustainability commitment and impact.

In the competitive categories, ABB Power Transmission and Distribution won Best Energy Management Initiative, while H.E. Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri of ADNEC Group was named Sustainability Leader of the Year 2026. First Abu Dhabi Bank secured the award for Best Sustainability Report, and the Department of Energy – Abu Dhabi was awarded Best Sustainability Communication Programme.

Eng Jamal Mohammed Al Hadrami of Abu Dhabi City Municipality was recognised as Sustainability Manager of the Year 2026. The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry won Best Sustainability Initiative for its Sustainability Label, a programme designed to assist private enterprises in assessing and improving environmental, social, and governance standards to satisfy investor and supply chain criteria.
