Chinese energy services and equipment provider Jereh Group announced that its subsidiary, Jereh Oil & Gas Engineering Corporation-Abu Dhabi, received letters of acceptance for three projects from ADNOC Onshore valued at up to USD 2.7 billion. Work on the projects will begin following the official signing of contracts.
The largest contract is valued at up to USD 1.7 billion under a design-build-operate framework. It covers surface facilities and pipelines for the Ruwais Diyab unconventional natural gas field in the Ruwais region, featuring a 29-month construction phase followed by five years of operation and maintenance by Jereh Oil & Gas. The field represents ADNOC Onshore's first major unconventional natural gas development.
The remaining two awards consist of 'One Tie-In' projects at existing oilfields, under which ADNOC Onshore releases phased orders aligned with its development plans. One project, worth approximately USD 600 million over an estimated five-year timeframe, entails connecting new production wells and retrofitting or dismantling existing surface facilities at the Bab and North East Bab oilfields.
A third contract, valued at roughly USD 393 million with a three-year term, covers wellhead connections across the Bu Hasa, Bida Qimzan, and Huwaila oilfields. The deals follow a USD 920 million contract signed between Jereh and ADNOC Onshore in February of last year for digital wellhead transformation.
