Dubai-headquartered Emirates Shipping Line has announced plans to launch a new container service named the China Red Sea Connector in November 2026, according to a report by SeaNews.
The service is designed to directly link three major commercial ports in China with key destination ports across the Red Sea region.
According to the announcement, the new deployment aims to strengthen maritime supply chain connectivity and accommodate rising containerized cargo volumes moving between China and the Middle East.
The carrier stated that shippers will have access to fixed departures and dedicated port calls intended to optimize transit times across the regional network.
