The UAE Ministry of Investment launched the 'Investment Opportunities' platform on October 24, 2026, designed to accelerate foreign direct investment into the country. The initiative directly supports the UAE's National Investment Strategy 2031.

Under the strategy, the UAE aims to boost annual FDI inflows to $65 billion (AED 240 billion) and expand total FDI stock to $600 billion (AED 2.2 trillion).

The new digital platform serves as a single entry point for international investors, featuring a curated pipeline of 143 investment opportunities across six priority sectors. Flagship project areas highlighted include low- and medium-voltage switchgear manufacturing in renewable energy, transport decarbonisation retrofits, and financial service platforms.

Overseas investors can also utilize the platform to consult directly with Ministry advisers throughout their investment process.
