YTO Express disclosed its 2026 third-quarter report on the evening of October 20, reporting a net profit attributable to shareholders of 4.63 billion yuan (approximately $694.5 million) for the first three quarters, an increase of 60.94% year on year. Total revenue for the nine-month period reached 58.393 billion yuan (approximately $8.8 billion), up 7.82% from a year earlier, while net profit excluding non-recurring items grew 63.39% to 4.532 billion yuan (approximately $679.8 million).

In the third quarter, the Shanghai-listed courier recorded operating revenue of 19.5 billion yuan (approximately $2.9 billion) and a net profit of 1.454 billion yuan (approximately $218.1 million), rising 6.72% and 39.06% year on year, respectively. YTO Express attributed the earnings expansion primarily to an increase in parcel delivery volumes and a recovery in product gross margins.

Cumulative parcel volume across the first three quarters reached 24.961 billion pieces, representing a 10.52% year-on-year increase, while net operating cash flow rose to 6.63 billion yuan (approximately $994.6 million). The logistics company also disclosed continuing progress in deploying artificial intelligence applications across operations and advancing its international logistics network.

In shareholder filings, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) newly entered the courier's top ten list of tradable shareholders. Chinese institutional investors, including National Social Security Fund Portfolio 113 and Basic Pension Insurance Fund Portfolio 802, also increased their shareholdings during the period.
