Inaugural RISE Summit in Dubai to Convene Global Investment Leaders

Institutional investors, sovereign wealth fund directors, and government leaders are scheduled to gather in Dubai for the inaugural RISE Summit on 14 October 2026, according to the Emirates News Agency.

The summit is set to examine shifting international trade corridors, cross-border capital flows, and long-term asset redeployment across Asia, Europe, and the Gulf region.

The gathering coincides with key economic indicators reported for Dubai, including the non-oil private sector Purchasing Managers' Index rising to 54.5 in September, representing its highest reading in 2026.

According to official data cited by the report, real estate transactions in Dubai reached AED 379 billion during the first nine months of the year, while the Dubai International Financial Centre exceeded 10,000 active registered companies during the first half of 2026.
