Aarta Alkarimi is a senior lawyer, international chartered arbitrator, and accredited mediator with significant experience in commercial disputes across both Civil and Common Law systems. Specializing in construction, infrastructure, international trade, shareholder, joint venture matters, and real estate disputes, Aarta has served as counsel and arbitrator in over 50 cases.

Aarta is the Founding Partner at Chrysalis LLP, a Dubai-based arbitration firm established in 2016. In this role, she provides expertise in dispute avoidance, mediation, and arbitration. She is also involved with several prominent arbitration centres globally, including the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), London International Arbitration Centre (LCIA), and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
